This chart is merely for illustrating the different connections. It has to be adapted to local conditions and fleshed out.

Variomat installation

  • When installing the oil meter, make sure that it is always free (no coats, varnishes etc.)
  • In dynamic pressure maintenance stations, the basic vessels must always be connected flexibly in order to ensure smooth operation of level sensing.
  • Use the connection set from the reflex accessory program to connect the secondary vessel.
  • Primary and secondary vessels must be installed on the same level (height) and close to each other.
  • A Variomat with a secondary vessel can be planned in order to increase the volume of expansion or to reach the same volume with smaller vessels if the installation of a large vessel is not possible.

Control vessel

  • The individual protection device for the heat generator (expansion vessel) is used as a control vessel in order to avoid pressure peaks by the pressure maintenance pump.

Secondary vessel

  • If the insertion dimensions fall below the dimensions of the vessel, the expansion volume can also be divided up accross up to four successive vessels.

Exvoid T

  • Used as large and fast vents, it is advisable to use these in the system hot spots for initial ventilation after commissioning and refilling.

Legionellae prophylaxis

  • The potable water distributor LegioNixx helps to avoid dead zones without structural alterations and prevents the development of legionellae.
