Od července 2016 platí nová směrnice o tlakových zařízeních – 2014/68/EU.

Jak to však vypadá s platností „starých“ certifikátů podle 97/23/ ES?

V zásadě platí, že si stávající certifikáty podle staré směrnice o tlakových zařízeních 97/23/ES zachovaly platnost i podle nové směrnice o tlakových zařízeních 2014/68/EU, a to až do data platnosti, které je uvedeno na příslušném certifikátu. (viz článek 48(3) směrnice 2014/68/EU).
