Make-up systems

Reflex makes possible controlled, automated make-up for all common system configurations in heating, cooling and solar systems using the products of the Fillcontrol series. Enabling maximum flexibility in planning, a full range of functions, and perfect interconnectedness of the entire system from the pressurisation unit to the softening solution.

Fillset

Fillset make-up control valves represent a system separation according to DIN EN 1717 and thus enable a permanent connection of heating or cooling systems with potable water systems. Fillset can be used directly for manual make-up or installed upstream of automatic solutions such as the Fillcontrol Auto.

Reflex offers the following Fillset variants:

Fillset with integrated water meter for monitoring the make-up quantity
Fillset Contact with contact water meter, which can be evaluated by all controllers belonging to the Reflex Control series
Fillset Compact as particularly space-saving, simple variant without a water meter

Fillcontrol

The compact solution for small systems with a diaphragm expansion vessel. The system separation according to DIN EN 1717 is already integrated, the controller operates completely independently using the integrated system pressure sensor.
