We will process your order immediately and forward it to the responsible customer service technician. The fitter will make an appointment with you, the contact person on site, at short notice. Incorrectly filled orders cannot be executed.

Please note that we will carry out customer service under our currently valid and known customer service conditions, insofar as this is not a warranty. The invoice will be issued exclusively to the customer of the customer service deployment with the exception of the specification of a different billing address. The decision as to whether a warranty claim exists can only be made by the customer service management. A calculation is also made if a possible notice of defects should prove to be unfounded. Our currently valid conditions can be found in our service guidelines.
If the repair is not desired, the travel and inspection costs incurred will be charged.
